KILLER!!!!! These chops make me look like a chef, Vincent’s does all the work! Pan sear for 3 minutes a side until nicely browned then into a pre-heated oven at 375 for 10 minutes (140 internal temp) and served with roasted carrots. Damn, these are worth chasing down!!!!!

This is, hands down, the best stuffed pork chop I have ever eaten. I agree with all of the reviews left before mine – you can’t get better at a 5-star restaurant. These babies are absolutely delicious! If you think about ordering a few to try, trust me and order double the amount as you’ll want more when they are gone.
