Description
The Porchetta is one of the most iconic dishes of Italian culture. We start out with boneless pork belly and stuff it with a boneless loin of pork, season it with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, breadcrumbs, paprika and a pinch of red pepper. We then tie up the roast with butchers twine.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F, place the Porchetta on a greased roasting pan and cook for approximately 20 minutes per pound.
